Volunteer Research Assistant – ‘Voluntary Action Melton’ (Potential Full-time Volunteering Opportunity)
Volunteers with particular interest/experience in research, ideally Graduates (18/21 years or older), are required for a Research Assistant volunteering role to carry out research into the needs of the diverse community in association with ‘Voluntary Action Melton’ (VAM) with the support of their Service Manager. A potential full-time volunteering opportunity to help develop the Connexions Internet Café by supporting paid staff in empowering young people. There are three groups that a person can volunteer with: a Friday group, a Wednesday Job Club and the Tuesday café night, alongside paid staff, supporting young people to socialise, develop skills, and helping them to get into training or employment.
